TEAMS PARTICIPANT GUIDE

You will need a computer or mobile device with a camera and microphone along with a strong internet connection to join a Microsoft Teams meeting.

You do not need to download Microsoft Teams or create an account to join a meeting.

Simply click the meeting link provided to you in the email from your mediator. This will open a new tab in your web browser.

Step One

You will see a screen like this with options for joining:

Click Continue on this browser - Select this option to join directly in your browser without downloading anything.

Step Two

If prompted, allow your browser to access your microphone and camera.

Step Three

Enter your name when prompted and click Join now.

All Set!

You will be placed in a virtual lobby until the mediator admits you.
You are now ready to participate in your Teams meeting.
