ZOOM PARTICIPANT GUIDE

You will need a computer or mobile device with a camera and microphone along with a strong internet connection to join a Zoom meeting.

Step One

You will need to download Zoom.

• Computer and laptop users can download it from www.zoom.us/download
• Mobile users will find Zoom in their app store.
  • Download Zoom from the Apple app store - for iOS Devices
  • Download Zoom from Google Play - for Android devices

Step Two

You don’t need to create a Zoom account to participate. You can join the meeting by simply clicking on the link in your meeting confirmation email.

Step Three

You will then see a screen like this:

Once the meeting host has let you in you will need to select the following depending on your device:

Computer:

Mobile:

You are now ready to participate in your Zoom meeting.
